Planning approval for Milsom Street
Aequus are delighted that Planning approval and Listed Building Consent have been achieved for the conversion of the upper floors of 36 Milsom Street into three one-bed apartments.
This five storey Georgian townhouse located in the historic core of the city most recently was home to Barclays Bank. Having sat vacant for a number of years this planning approval will allow Aequus to work with BANES to return this building to residential use crucially maintaining and enhancing the original building fabric.
