Good progress continues at St Josephs Court and this week saw the brickwork continuing and completed for the first of the units. We also saw the commencement of installations of the Mechanical Ventilation and Heating Recovery systems
Existing roof finishes have been completely removed with new felt and batten installation underway. Barge & fascia boards have been installed to existing roof structure with decoration underway. Scaffold is now erected and roofing works to commence. Internal works continue to progress with floor demolitions. Bird cage scaffold is up where the new staircase will go ready for the roof modification works.
