Work progresses on the detached units. Second lift brickwork has been completed with work also progressing internally on electricals, flooring, kitchens.
Work on site this week includes topsoil for the first units, decoration, mechanical, electrical.
Progress continues in a number of areas including door linings, bathroom boxing and plumbing, insulation, party walls, ceilings.
Good progress continues at St Josephs Court and this week saw the brickwork continuing and completed for the first of the units. We also saw the commencement of installations of the Mechanical Ventilation and Heating Recovery systems
Existing roof finishes have been completely removed with new felt and batten installation underway. Barge & fascia boards have been installed to existing roof structure with decoration underway.
