Aequus are pleased to reveal that our Manor Gardens Development in Frenchay has been selected as a Finalist in the Bristol Property Awards for 2 categories: Residential Development & Civic.

Aequus are working in partnership with South Glos Council to deliver 30 energy efficient modern family homes – eleven of the homes will be affordable, of which eight will be designated for social rent via Alliance Homes and three will be available for shared ownership.. Thank you to everyone that is supporting Aequus with this development including our main construction partner, Vistry Group.
