Contractors started on site on Monday 7th June and proceeded with soft strip out which is essentially complete, circa one week ahead of programme. Trial pits completed to confirm underpinning design and depth of foundations. Reduced level dig commenced ahead of programme in the basement. External ground works commenced to excavate at rear of building.
